Respecting and supporting the elderly, as well as helping those in need, are cherished traditions of the festival. With this spirit in mind, the “Filial Piety Swallows” Charity Team of United Laboratories Sales Co., Ltd. once again took action, visiting and offering care to elderly residents, including seniors living alone, people with disabilities, and those facing difficulties in Jinwan District.

For some elderly residents, limited mobility has made daily travel challenging, while health monitoring has also become difficult. During the hot summer season, economically disadvantaged seniors may face additional challenges in maintaining a comfortable home environment. Recognizing these practical needs, the “Filial Piety Swallows” Charity Team leveraged the “Love Without Barriers · Shared Benefits” Assistive Device Recycling Program of Jinwan Ping’an Tong, bringing carefully prepared supplies and delivering support to those in need.

At the Jinwan Ping’an Tong service station, wrist blood pressure monitors were officially put into service, providing seniors with convenient health monitoring support anytime and anywhere. Sturdy walking canes were also delivered into the hands of elderly residents with mobility difficulties, becoming a reliable aid in their daily lives. When visiting seniors facing financial hardship, volunteers not only delivered floor fans to their homes but also rolled up their sleeves to carefully assemble, install, and secure the equipment. They adjusted the fan speed and angle to ensure safe and stable operation. As the cool breeze gently filled the room and the summer heat gradually faded, smiles appeared on the faces of the elderly residents.

From material assistance to heartfelt companionship, and from practical support to emotional care, this initiative accurately addressed real needs and thoughtfully fulfilled every “micro wish.”
