On September 22, the Executive Briefing on the Smart United Laboratories Upgrade Project and the Launch of the “LinkWise” AI Product, themed “Harnessing AI to Elevate Efficiency” was held at the Zhuhai United Laboratories Co., Ltd., Zhongshan Branch. Attendees included Mr. Tsoi Hoi Shan, Chairman of the Board; Mr. Leung Wing Hon, Vice Chairman; Ms. Zou Xian Hong, Executive Director; general managers and management teams from various business units; and Alibaba’s delegation, led by Mr. Li, Vice President of the Alibaba Business Division, Mr. Wei, General Manager of the Healthcare Industry Division, and Mr. Zhang, Director of the Healthcare Industry Division, together with Mr. Li, Vice President of Weiming Penguin. The event marked the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between United Laboratories and Alibaba DingTalk, as well as the official launch of the new AI-powered workplace product. These milestones will accelerate the Group’s intelligent and digital transformation. Mr. Niu, General Manager of the Group’s Brand and Culture Department, hosted the event.

On September 16, the 3rd Listed Companies Excellence ESG Value Awards Ceremony, jointly organized by Hong Kong Commercial Daily, the Global Business Newspaper Alliance, and Hong Kong Economic Herald, was held in Hong Kong. In recognition of its ongoing efforts to enhance its ESG disclosure framework and practices, The United Laboratories International Holdings Limited (3933.HK) received the “Excellence in ESG Information Disclosure” award. This accolade recognizes United Laboratories’ continued commitment to improving the quality of its ESG disclosures and proactively communicating its sustainability practices and achievements to stakeholders.

Recently, United Laboratories signed a donation agreement with the Chongqing Medical University Education Development Foundation for the “United Laboratories–Chongqing Medical University University–Enterprise Partnership Doctoral Team Public Welfare Project.” Under the agreement, United Laboratories will donate RMB1 million to the Foundation over five consecutive years, starting in 2026, with an annual contribution of RMB200,000. The funds will be dedicated to supporting Chongqing Medical University’s doctoral student medical service team in providing public welfare medical services in remote areas of western China, while contributing to the development of education at Chongqing Medical University.

On July 16, United Laboratories (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd. held the launch ceremony for its Self-Produced Diluted Acid and Alkali Project. The project strictly adheres to the principles of a circular economy in its technological innovation, setting a precedent in environmental protection technology within the biopharmaceutical industry.
