On June 23, the kickoff meeting for the United Laboratories Animal Health Cloud Project was successfully held, bringing together the core business team of the Animal Health Division and representatives from the Group Digitalization Center. The meeting marked the official beginning of the division’s digital transformation journey.

During the meeting, Mr. Jiang, Deputy Manager of the Inner Mongolia Branch of the Group Digitalization Center, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the project’s overall roadmap, implementation approach, and phased timeline. His overview clearly outlined the entire process from initial deployment to future iterations, providing participants with a systematic understanding of the project framework.

Following this, Mr. Wen, Project Manager, gave a detailed introduction to the core functional modules of the Animal Healthcar Cloud system and conducted the first operational training session for the business team. From basic data entry to end-to-end digital workflow management, each function was demonstrated through practical scenarios tailored to the daily operations of the animal health industry, enabling employees to quickly become familiar with the system.

During the technical sharing session, Mr. Wang, Senior Manager of the Software R&D Department at the Group Digitalization Center, introduced the Claw prototyping tool used in the project’s development process. He showcased the evolution of the system from initial concept sketches to the final product, giving the business team valuable insight into the rigorous design methodology behind the platform.

Mr. Yu, Deputy General Manager of the Group Digitalization Center, further emphasized the project’s core objective: the system is not merely intended to digitize existing tools and processes, but to integrate data across the entire business value chain. By providing accurate, real-time data, the platform will support informed decision-making and empower the high-quality development of the Animal Health business.

In his closing remarks, Mr. Liu, General Manager of the Animal Healthcare Division, highly affirmed the strategic value of the Animal Healthcare Cloud project. He encouraged all employees to proactively embrace new ways of working, rethink existing business processes through the capabilities of the new system, and continuously improve operational efficiency. He also expressed strong confidence in the division’s digital future, expecting the platform to become a key driver for overcoming growth bottlenecks and advancing toward industry-leading digital excellence.
