On the morning of May 23, 2026, the 5th Session of the 3rd Employee Representative Congress of United Laboratories (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd. and the 2nd Session of the 1st Employee Representative Congress of Everbright Biotechnology Co., Ltd. were successfully held at the Training Center. More than 200 participants, including company leaders, middle-level management personnel, and employee representatives, attended the meeting. The congress reviewed and deliberated on a number of draft policies and regulations concerning employee rights and interests as well as corporate management.

Mr. Zhang Vice Chairman of the Labor Union and Administrative Director, delivered the report on the “Special Collective Wage Agreement” for United Laboratories (Inner Mongolia) and Everbright Biotechnology.

Mr. Miao, Human Resources Director, delivered the report on the “Implementation Plan for the Special Working Hours System” for United Laboratories (Inner Mongolia) and Everbright Biotechnology.

Mr. Zhang, Deputy Manager of the Environmental Protection Department, delivered the report on the “Environmental Protection Reward and Penalty System” for United Laboratories (Inner Mongolia) and Everbright Biotechnology.

Mr. Shi, Organization Committee Member of the Labor Union, delivered the report on the “Collective Contract” for Everbright Biotechnology.

Ms. Lu, Publicity Committee Member of the Labor Union, delivered the report on the “Special Collective Contract for the Protection of Female Employees’ Rights and Interests” for Everbright Biotechnology.

After hearing the reports, the employee representatives conducted group discussions on the meeting agenda. They reviewed and deliberated on the draft “Special Collective Wage Agreement,” “Implementation Plan for the Special Working Hours System,” “Environmental Protection Reward and Penalty System,” “Collective Contract,” and “Special Collective Contract for the Protection of Female Employees’ Rights and Interests,” before proceeding with a collective vote.

Subsequently, all participants took a group photo to commemorate the occasion. The 5th Session of the 3rd Employee Representative Congress of United Laboratories (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd. and the 2nd Session of the 1st Employee Representative Congress of Everbright Biotechnology Co., Ltd. concluded successfully.The meeting further improved the company’s rules and regulations and promoted democratic corporate management.
